IF YOU ARE APPROVED FOR THE 7% CAP AND NOT SUBJECT TO EXCLUSION, IT WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR ASSESSED VALUE AND REFLECTED ON YOUR TAX BILL IN OCTOBER.
