Birmingham, AL -- The Jefferson County Manager, Cal Markert, will meet with the leaders of various departments to discuss upcoming budget recommendations to the Jefferson County Commission. The meetings will take place on the second floor of the Jefferson County Courthouse, 716 Richard Arrington Blvd. N, in the Commission Committee conference room.
