The Compliance Program
 

The Compliance Office is responsible for compliance program administration; annual review of Rules and Administrative Orders; compliance education and training; Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives; workplace investigations and corrective action follow-up. We invite all Jefferson County Commission employees to work with the Compliance Office so we can create an equitable and inclusive working environment together.

This platform ensures that reports can be made confidentially and without fear of retribution.

Compliance is Everyone's Responsibility

The Compliance Office can only investigate Jefferson County Commission merit system employees. Complaints against Elected and/or Appointed Officials should be referred to the County Attorney's Office.
